CPR book to take home and a two year
certification at the time of the class.

This online course is designed for the
healthcare provider who has previously taken a
healthcare provider course and would like to
obtain a new healthcare provider card. This
course represents the cognitive portion (Part 1)
of this blended learning course which you can do
at home on your own computer. A skills test
(Part 2) at our facility in Plano, completes the
course with a card issued on the same day. Once
you have registered for the class we will send
the key code and website address to take the
course. After you complete the on-line portion
you will call to schedule your skills check off
and will be issued your card.
